Purchase Protection Policy

At Raeleigh & Co., we want you to shop with confidence. Our Purchase Protection Policy ensures your order is covered from the moment you place it until it arrives safely in your hands.

What’s Covered

✔ Loss in Transit – If your package is lost by the carrier, we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
✔ Damage in Transit – If your product arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or provide a refund.
✔ Wrong Item Received – If you receive the wrong product, we’ll cover the cost to send you the correct one.

What’s Not Covered

✘ Change of mind after purchase
✘ Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
✘ Normal wear and tear or misuse of product after delivery

How to Claim

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date if not received).

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged/wrong item (if applicable), and a short description. Email to hello@raeleighandco.com.au

  3. Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.

Conditions

  • Coverage applies only to purchases made directly through Raeleigh & Co.

  • Claims must be made by the original purchaser.

  • We reserve the right to request the return of damaged or incorrect items before issuing a replacement/refund.
