Refunds and Exchange Policy

Non-Refundable Items

  • Purchase Protection Insurance is non-refundable.

  • Gift cards and digital products are also non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Insured orders: You may claim for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Uninsured orders: Raeleigh & Co. is not responsible for loss or damage after dispatch.

  • Report damage or missing items within 7 days to hello@raeleighandco.com.au with photos and order details.

Returns for Change of Mind

  • Items can be returned for a refund or exchange if unused, in original condition, within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers cover return shipping.

  • Refunds processed after we inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible for defective or incorrect items.

  • Contact hello@raeleighandco.com.au within 7 days to request an exchange.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method.

  • Allow 5–10 business days for processing.
