Delivery and Shipping Policy

At Raeleigh & Co., we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Please read our delivery terms below.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment is received.

  • During busy periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Australia

  • Standard Delivery: 3–8 business day

  • Express Delivery: 1–4 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders over $100 AUD

Purchase Protection Insurance (Optional Add-On)

  • Customers may choose to add Purchase Protection Insurance at checkout.

  • This covers your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

  • If you do not select this option, Raeleigh & Co. is not liable for any parcels lost, stolen, or damaged once dispatched.

  • Please note: Purchase Protection Insurance is a non-refundable fee.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for postal or courier delays.

  • If your insured order is lost or damaged, please contact us with your order details so we can assist.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

  • Raeleigh & Co. is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
