Custom & Personalised Products
We offer a range of personalised and made-to-order products designed especially for you and your little ones.
Customisation options may include:

• Personalised names, initials or lettering.

• Colour combinations and bead selections.

• Custom designs and product variations.

• Personalised gifts and keepsakes.

• Special requests, subject to availability and approval.

All custom orders are subject to product availability, design limitations and safety requirements.

Placing a Custom Order
When placing a personalised order, please ensure all customisation details are correct before completing checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing:

• Correct spelling of names and personalised text.

• Accurate colour and design selections.

• Any additional customisation instructions.

• Correct contact and delivery information.

We will create your order using the details submitted at checkout or otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If we require clarification, we may contact you before beginning production.

Processing & Production Times
Each personalised order is carefully prepared to ensure a beautiful finished product.

• Custom orders are generally processed within 1–7 business days after payment is received and all customisation details are confirmed.

• Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

• Complex designs or special requests may require additional time.

• During busy periods, promotional sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Processing times do not include shipping and delivery.

Design & Colour Variations
As many of our personalised products are handmade, slight variations may occur.
Please be aware:

• Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

• Bead placement and arrangements may vary depending on the length of the personalised name.

• Certain designs may require adjustments to meet product safety requirements.

• Product photographs are provided as a guide to the finished design.

We aim to ensure your finished product closely reflects your selected design and customisation details.
Any significant changes to an agreed design will be discussed with you before production where possible.

Name Length & Design Limitations
Some personalised products have restrictions on the number of letters or design elements that can be included.
These limitations help ensure the product remains suitable for its intended use and complies with applicable safety requirements.

• Maximum name lengths may vary between products.

• Longer names may require changes to bead arrangements.

• Certain decorative beads or accessories may not be suitable for all designs.

• We reserve the right to decline or adjust customisation requests that do not meet our product safety requirements.

If your requested design cannot be completed as selected, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives.
6. Changes & Cancellations
We understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order.
If you need to make changes to your customisation details, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Changes may be accepted before production begins.

• Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

• Additional charges may apply if changes require replacement materials or additional work, subject to your agreement.

• Orders cannot be modified after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds
As personalised products are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds for custom-made products.
This includes:

• Incorrect names or spelling supplied by the customer.

• Incorrect colour or design selections made at checkout.

• Changes of mind after production has commenced.

• Personal preferences where the product matches the agreed customisation.

However, if your product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly personalised due to our error or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Product Safety
Your little one's safety is our priority.
All custom products must meet our applicable design and safety requirements.
For personalised dummy clips, teethers and other baby accessories:

• Always follow the supplied product safety instructions.

• Inspect products before every use.

• Discontinue use immediately if any damage or wear is noticed.

• Never modify, extend or alter the original product.

• Do not request customisations that compromise the product's safety.

• Always supervise children when using products as directed.

We reserve the right to decline custom designs that may create a safety risk.

Custom Requests & Special Orders

We welcome special requests and will do our best to accommodate your ideas.
Please note:

• All custom requests are subject to approval.

• Additional costs may apply depending on materials and design complexity.

• Quotes will be provided where required before payment.

• Production will commence once payment and final design details have been confirmed.

• Special-order materials may affect processing timeframes.

Contact us before placing your order if you would like to discuss a unique design or colour combination.

Incorrect or Faulty Custom Orders
We carefully inspect personalised products before dispatch.
If you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged custom order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, where possible.
Include:

• Your full name and order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the product.

• Any relevant customisation details.

We will review the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Custom & Personalised Orders Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Personalised products remain covered by applicable consumer guarantees, including guarantees relating to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and matching their description.
Where a product fails to meet these guarantees, customers are entitled to the remedies provided by law.
